Lawn Application #1: Custom blended to promote color and vigor, pre-emergent crab grass control, broadleaf weed control as needed.
Lawn Application #2: Custom blended fertilizer fortified with iron to enhance color, pre-emergent crabgrass control, broadleaf weed control as needed.
Lawn Application #3: Custom blended fertilizer high in iron and potash to promote color and help turf survive summer stress, broadleaf weed control as needed.
Lawn Application #4: Custom blended fertilizer high in nitrogen and potash to promote color and root development, broadleaf weed control as needed.
Lawn Application #5: Custom blended fertilizer to promote root growth for a vibrant, healthier, greener lawn in the spring.
Lawn Application #6: Lime is applied to your lawn to neutralize soil acidity and improve nutrient availability. This leads to a healthier, more vibrant lawn that is better able to withstand stress from pests, diseases, and environmental factors.
Grub Control / Insect Control: is applied in conjunction with Lawn Applications #2 or #3, in the early summer months. This application will control all types of grubs and insects providing you with guaranteed season long control.

How often will I receive my application when on a program with The Giving Tree?
We work to keep the applications between 6-8 weeks apart.
What if I notice weeds still growing after you applied the application?
The Giving Tree Guarantees all work done, if you received the full fertilization program are not satisfied we will reapply the application at no cost to you.
How high should I mow my grass?
Your first mowing should be cut low at 2" There after adjust your height to 3" for the summer months for a healthy, green lawn
Are your lawn care programs expensive?
Our prices are very competitive with some or larger Lawn chemical companies. The pricing is based on sq. footage of the property. Please CONTACT US for a free Estimate.
Can our children and pets be out in the lawn after your technicians leave?
We usually recommend to keep children and pets off lawn for 24 hrs just to be on the safe side.
Is fertilizer important?
Lawns require fertilizer to stay healthy and vigor. A well fertilized lawn will be better at preventing weed infestation as well as drought and disease.
